The D's Souvlaki, is one of the first food truck vans in Melbourne to be built with two sizable spits that can accommodate more than 200kg of meat, which was established in 2013.
The founder of The D's, Daniel, made the enormous leap to pursue his aspirations and transform his passion into a business after working as a bricklayer for more than 20 years.  Cooking succulent meats over an open flame has been Daniel's speciality and has become an experience in and of itself.

From a travelling food truck van servicing all of Melbourne the perminate home of The D's Souvlaki is now located at 22 Hood Street, Airport West.

With Daniel's extremely skilled craftsmanship and creative vision, a warehouse was transformed into a trendy and funky restaurant catering for 150 customers.
The D's is without a doubt the best spot to be, with a complete liquor licence and a little cafe that can accommodate any occasion.
